Privacy notice
How we handle personal information that reaches us through this website, the design tool and our forms.
What we collect
We collect only what you choose to give us or what the service you use needs:
- Enquiries and forms: name, organisation, email, phone number, and the details of your site or project, including files you attach.
- Design tool: the plan you draw or upload, the devices you place, the bill of quantities, and the contact you give when you save or ask for a quote. A saved design gets a reference number (for example PV-1001).
- Chat assistant: the messages you type, so it can answer and so our team can follow up if you ask.
- Sign-in: if you choose Google sign-in, we receive your name, email address and profile picture from Google. Signing in is optional.
- Email verification: your email address, to send a short code.
Cookies and similar storage
We do not use advertising trackers or sell data to advertisers. The site stores a few small items in your browser so it works properly: your language and light or dark theme, whether a floating button is collapsed, and, for the current visit only, which pages you opened so we can bring you back to where you were and so a request can mention the page it came from. If you sign in, a session cookie keeps you signed in. You can clear these in your browser settings; the site still works.
How we use it
To answer your enquiry, prepare proposals and deliver and administer any work you engage us for; to keep your saved designs available to you; to protect the service against abuse (for example by limiting how often a form can be submitted); and to improve the site. We do not sell your information or share it for marketing.
Service providers
We use trusted providers to run the service: Cloudflare (hosting, storage, database and the AI model behind the chat assistant), Resend (sending email), Google (optional sign-in) and, when switched on, Cloudflare Turnstile (a security check that tells people from bots). The design tool may load map tiles and address search from OpenStreetMap and Esri when you use the map option, which means your browser contacts those services. These providers process data on our behalf or as described in their own notices. Data may therefore be processed outside Saudi Arabia.
Site and system data
During projects and maintenance we may handle site drawings, network details, credentials and recorded video. We access them only as needed for the work, store them securely, and return or delete them as the contract states. Please do not send passwords or camera footage through the website forms.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and saved designs for as long as needed to respond, to deliver the work and to meet legal obligations, and then delete or anonymise them. You can ask us to delete your information or a saved design at any time.
Your rights and the law
We handle personal data in line with applicable law in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including the Personal Data Protection Law, and UK data protection law where it applies. You can ask to access, correct, receive a copy of or delete your information, or withdraw consent, by emailing us. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the competent data protection authority.
Request access, correction or deletion
Tell us what you need and the email address you used. We will reply to that address.
Children
The site is meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
